Includes free software upgrades and patches during the maintenance period. We highly recommend Oracle maintenance and support if you are new to Primavera software. You can submit Service Requests using the online portal or by calling Oracle Support. The online portal includes an extensive knowledgebase of reported issues and recommended solutions.
Oracle maintenance and support can be renewed annually but is optional. Please note that maintenance and support cannot be added retroactively to existing licenses. You can only buy maintenance and support with a new license.
