Software Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all software sales:

Refunds

No refunds will be granted for Oracle Primavera software following the customer’s acceptance of the Transactional Oracle Master Agreement (“TOMA”) or 30 days after the initial download, whichever occurs first.

Chargebacks

In the event that the customer is entitled to a refund, a processing fee of 2.9% will be withheld from online purchases made via any credit card, debit card, or Quickbooks.

No chargebacks will be deducted from payments made by check. There is a $25 chargeback for payments received via wire transfers or ACH.
